This was painted to remember a dear aunt who had the most amazing garden. The brilliant rainbow colors and imaginary shapes of this magical garden will brighten any dark corner. The cool blue and green background makes the bright fuchsia, purple, red, orange and yellow make believe flowers "pop" and is sure to make you smile.
About Joan Clear
I began my career as a painter, exhibiting and selling my paintings in Chicago before relocating to Florida in 1996. As an active member of the DuPage, Downers Grove, and Lisle Art Leagues in Chicago�s western suburbs I exhibited my artwork in many prestigious Chicago-land venues including the Art Institute�s Sales and Rental Gallery, the Oak Brook Fine Arts Promenade, and the Gold Coast Art Show, just to name a few.� Many of my paintings hang in permanent collections both here and abroad.� Since moving to Florida I continue to participate in juried and invitational shows but have recently expanded my interests to include fusing glass, creating unique kiln-formed art glass pieces, "suncatchers/garden art" and one of a kind...
